STOP!!! PLEASE READ this:
This company was founded solely on bringing you the lowest possible Winston Salem fence prices in the greater Triad area. We are a mid-sized company and do things differently than any other fence installer. We base ALL of our prices by the foot. What does that mean? We don't come to your house to give you a quote. All quotes are done by phone. This automatically saves you money on your fence. Our average customer saves about $310 on their fence compared to what those other High Point fence companies charge. We were the FIRST company in North Carolina that has a lifetime warranty against workmanship defects and one of the only ones. We are the LEADER in the wood fence industry, everyone else has decided to ride our coattails.
DO NOT FORGET to seal your privacy fence with Protect Your Fence™ water sealing and staining.

A 3-rail fence is the most cost efficient option when it comes to buying a high quality farm fence at a great price. A typical 3-rail horse or cattle fence is about $7-$8 per foot depending on the distance needed. A 4-rail cattle and horse fence as pictured on this page is about $8-$10 per foot. We only use 2x6 rails instead of 1x6 rails like other companies use. A 2x6 is essentially equal to the cost of a 1x6 whether you believe it or not. A 2x6 is a lot less likely to warp since it is TWICE as thick. Why would you let another pasture fence contractor use 1x6's? Also a 3-rail wire fence is great for pigs, livestock, chicken, sheep, goats, cows, ponies, and any other farm animal. This fence starts around $9-$11 depending on the length of fence you need. We always include one walk gate for every 100 ft purchased up to a maximum of 5. (The gates are made of pickets and not wire)
Each type of ranch fence serves a different purpose, depending on the type of animal to be contained. Ranch fences are an affordable inexpensive way to keep your animals corralled. Enclosing your corral also adds beauty to it as well. Water sealing or protecting it after it is built is highly recommended.
Fast Fact Farm, Ranch, and Animal Information:
Goats are willing to eat just almost anything. They are extremely curious and intelligent and can even be trained. Goats are used for meat, butter, milk, and cheese. Horses and humans have had a long long positive relationship together. Horses work with humans in law enforcement, agriculture, the entertainment industry, and were even used in war. Pigs are also called swine or hogs. Pigs are like goats in the fact that they will scavenge and have been known to eat any kind of food, even garbage.
Chickens can make good companion animals and can be tamed with hand feeding. Roosters can become quite aggressive. City ordinances, zoning regulations or health boards usually determine whether and where chickens may be kept. A general requirement is usually that the chickens be confined to the owner's property and not allowed to roam freely.
Unfortunately farming and fishing in America has become increasingly difficult to make a living off of. Minimum wage increases along with expensive equipment and low paying products are several of the major reasons many farmers have already gone bankrupt.
